How do I change or cancel my Zing Studio subscription?
You can change or cancel your Zing subscription at any time from your account page. The change subscription option can be used to switch between the standard and developer subscription tiers, or to modify your payment information. If you change tiers, an appropriate pro-rata offset will be applied based on how far you are into your current billing cycle. To update the credit card being used for your subscription, don't change any of your subscription options, but enter the new card details when asked.
Cancelling your subscription will immediately stop any future charges to your account. After cancellation, you can continue to use Zing Studio until the end of your billing period. If you want to resume your subscription, just sign up again from the account page and a new subscription key will be created. There's no pressure, but if there is something we could do to make Zing more useful for you in the future, please let us know!
